ここから行こう。

大冒険に行こう。

海峡から海まで旅行して、

海から海峡まで旅行をしよう。

最も純粋な真なことを探し求めよう。

最も深い奈落の底にぎょっとしないようにしよう。

地球の内部へ深い負傷を開ける奈落の底にも

下へ黒い不潔な垢染みる汚物へも。

最も高い山頂にぎょっとしないようにしよう。

清らかな白い雲より高く立てる山頂にも

上へ痺れていて震えている寒さへも。

困難にもかかわらず行こう。

障害にもかかわらず行こう。

そして勝利を得て帰ろう。

Regardless of Anything

Let us go from here.

Let us go on a great adventure.

Let us search for sacred things.

Let us travel from the channel to the ocean,

and from the ocean to the channel.

Let us search out the most pure and genuine things.

Let us try not to be frightened by the deepest abyss.

Even by the abyss that oppens a deep wound into the earth

even down into the black filthy grimy muck.

Let us try not to be frightened by the highest of peaks.

Even by the pure white summit standing higher than the clouds

even up into the shivering numbing cold.

Let us go regarless of how difficult.

Let us go regardless of the obsticals.

And, let us return victorious.

日本英語

Hi. I'm Michael and welcome to my blog! I have been studying Japanese for a little over three years and have presently ran out of classes to take at the university so...I thought I should do something to keep up my skills in Japanese (and hopefully improve them also), so I thought this may be a good idea.

I will write a passage in English/Japanese and translate it to the other. (Hence the title)

There will not be a particular theme. I will be writing about anything and everything, so feel free to do the same if you decide to leave a comment. Also, if you are learning English/Japanese feel free to ask me any questions or point out any mistakes I make in Japanese (I would appreciate it very much!).


いらっしゃい！はじめまして、マイコーと申します。　少し三年間以上日本語を勉強していました。今大学で取れる日本語のクラスがありませんから、私の日本語の頑張って習得した技能が衰えない為に(うまくいけばその技能に改良を加える為にも)何をしようと思っていて、これはいい考えかもしれないと思いました。

日本語か英語で一節を書いて、ほかの言語に訳します。(それはタイトルのいう意味です。つまりどっちらも言語で書くことです。)

特別なテーマがないで、多い論題について書きますから、コメントを書こうと決心すれば、遠慮なく何かについてお書きになってください。しかも英語か日本語を 勉強していたら、何でも質問してください。そして私が日本語で書くことには間違いがあったら、指摘してくれてください。(そうするとありがたいのです)
