Brilliant and Bright -- 光ってきらめく

Clinging to the glass,
Vapor to condensation,
Like the first dusting of snow,
Obscuring accumulation.

I stare day after day,
Trying to see the other side,
The other half of me,
Waiting beyond the divide.

Occasionally, one by one,
Consuming the others & growing,
Becoming greater than its strength,
And gathering all below.

Leaving in their wake,
Clear lines of sight,
Revealing pieces of who shines,
Brilliant and bright.
